Under the Town and
Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and
Wales) Regulations 1999, EIA has become an established and integral
part of the planning process. The Practice provides expert advice
on the need for an EIA, screening, scoping and co-ordination/preparation
of EIAs or their specialist component studies. We have also Project
Managed a number of Stage 3 Environmental Assessments in accordance
with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) assessment
framework.
